Ladies and Gentlemen, esteemed partners, colleagues, and friends,

It is an honor to stand before you today as the founder of Gauge Energy. My name is Irfan Khan, a Tanzanian entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the lubricants and grease industry, backed by a strong background in accounting and finance.

I may be behind the initiation of this vision, but it would have never been possible without the unwavering support of my family — with the duas of my mother, the moral support of my wife, and the steadfast dedication of the pillars who made it happen on the ground: my brothers Salman Khan, Wahdat Khan, Hayat Khan, and Nusrat Khan.

What began was very humble and  a bold idea has now grown into a multi-continental vision — a company driven by innovation, sustainability, and excellence in the energy and lubricants sector.

At Gauge Energy, our journey started with a simple yet powerful belief: that Africa, Asia, and beyond deserve access to world-class energy solutions built with cutting-edge technology and deep respect for our planet. From our headquarters in Incheon, South Korea, to our operations in Tanzania, Uganda, Canada, and the UAE, we are committed to bringing premium-quality lubricants, industrial solutions, and renewable energy initiatives to our customers.

Our mission is clear — to redefine energy and lubricants supply by blending South Korean technology, Pan-African development goals, and a relentless focus on sustainability. This is why we are investing in eco-friendly blending plants powered by electricity, reducing carbon footprints, and supporting local economies with jobs, training, and opportunities.

But our business is not just about products — it’s about people.
